We have imported four-axis/five-axis/six-axis turning-milling compound CNC machining center, automatic lathes, CNC lathes/milling compound tool changer, CNC machining centers, centerless grinding machines, and secondary processing supporting equipment. We can process materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and copper according to your drawings or STEP models.

Processing of Shafts and Rotating Components

The motor shaft, transmission shaft, connecting shaft, and gearbox components are all controlled for coaxiality and runout. They can be processed through quenching and grinding to ensure stable power transmission.

Processing of AI Liquid Cooling

Cold plates, micro-channel cavities, heat sinks, and shunt blocks, designed for AI liquid cooling and power electronics, are created with considerations for flatness, sealing, and thermal cycling reliability.

Fabrication, Surface Treatment and Assembly

Laser cutting, bending and welding are used to make the chassis frame; anodizing, electroplating and passivation; component assembly, air tightness test, packaging and clean packaging.
